I'm Madison Pleh, a digital marketer based in Harford County, Maryland. My journey in marketing began with a deep passion for creativity, and I have since dedicated myself to expanding my knowledge and skills to serve businesses effectively. As a small business owner, I take great pleasure in collaborating with other local small businesses to bring their visions to life.
Outside of marketing, you can find me hiking, listening to audiobooks, painting, and spending time with friends, family, my husband, and our 2 cats! I love checking out locally owned shops & restaurants and exploring beautiful towns in the DMV area.

Hi! My name is Sarah Garner. I graduated from Liberty University in 2021 with a degree in Strategic Communication with a focus in Social Media Management, as well as a minor in American Sign Language.
I enjoy watching sports, going to the movies, reading, and traveling! When I’m not working or at home, you can find me exploring new coffee shops and restaurants, or spending time with friends and family! I’m so excited to bring my passion and creativity to the Hardiman Marketing team!

Matt Diehl is the founder of the Bel Air Brief , a fast-growing local newsletter serving thousands of Bel Air & Harford County residents every week.
With a background in digital marketing, Matt launched the Brief to connect neighbors with the best events, restaurants, and local news in an easy, trusted format. What started as a side project quickly became a community staple — now giving local businesses a direct line to an engaged, hyper-local audience.

We’re Hannah & Evan, the creative minds behind Blu J Media , where storytelling meets strategy. With a background in Mass Communications at Harford Community College, we specialize in crafting compelling narratives that connect brands with their ideal client.
We love bringing stories to life in a way that resonates with our clients’ target audience by creating captivating and engaging videos.
In our spare time, you’ll find us performing at various open mics and frequenting our favorite local coffee shops. We’re excited to be partnering with Hardiman Marketing and are looking forward to helping businesses grow through authentic, impactful visuals.
